1. What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, the tour configuration you chose (date, departure, quads, pickup hotel) and any note you add.
The website does not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.
2. Why and how long
We use this data for one purpose: to process your request, reply to you and organise your tour, including hotel pickup if you chose it.
Requests are stored in our booking records and in our email. We keep them only as long as needed to run the tour and meet legal bookkeeping obligations.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the service you asked for.
3. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to konavletravel@gmail.com and we will handle it.
