Terms of Service

1. Booking and payment
All bookings are made as requests through the website form, by email or by phone. No payment is taken online.
A booking is valid only after we confirm it by email. We normally reply within a few hours.
The price confirmed in our reply is final and includes everything listed on the tour page: gear, guide, water and the tasting platter at the estate.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure time.
For later cancellations or no-shows we may charge the full amount.
If we cancel a departure for weather or safety reasons, you choose between another slot or a full refund of anything paid.
3. On the tour
All guests must follow the guide's instructions throughout the tour.
Closed shoes are mandatory; helmets and goggles provided by us must be worn while riding.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted. The guide may exclude a guest who endangers the group, without refund.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by use of the vehicle contrary to the guide's instructions.
